Masterplan

The planning application will be made in outline. This approach will provide a flexible planning permission that will enable development to be delivered in phases to meet occupier demand.

It means that the detailed layout, appearance and scale of the buildings will be reserved matters for subsequent approval by Wiltshire Council.

The planning application will however include illustrative layout plans and other illustrative material to show how the development could look once it is completed.

Illustrative layouts and capacity testing show that the site would be capable of accommodating approximately 30,000 sq m of floorspace.

The proposed buildings are likely to have high quality, contemporary and functional appearance to meet the requirements of modern businesses.  

The mix of buildings is likely to include a range of unit sizes and types suitable for office, light industrial, research & development, storage and distribution uses. 

Adequate space will be provided within the proposals for commercial business vehicles as well as staff, visitor car and cycle parking.
