Berkeley is intending to submit an outline planning application to enable the creation of a high quality business park on land at Horton Road, Devizes.

A mix of high-quality and flexible spaces will help meet the needs of new local businesses, existing businesses wishing to move or expand into new premises and potential employers who are new to the Devizes area.

We are intending to submit an outline planning application to Wiltshire Council in early 2022.
